The average wedding expenses are around $ 15,000 to $ 30,000, so it’s important to spell out how the money will be spent beforehand.
Examples of items included in this list might include the following: photographer, flowers, ceremony location and fees, reception location, wedding assistance, wedding dresses and tuxedos for brides, formal wear for weddings, wedding rings, invitations and stationery, music and entertainment, hotel names for out-of-town guests, and gifts for family members.
The wedding planning list must also include:
1) Vendor information including name and contact telephone number
2) Alternative locations for ceremonies and receptions if scheduled as an outdoor event
3) The timeline for the event and the person responsible for each
